The enjoyment of relaxing on the rear deck and watching canoes and kayaks float by and/or gathering round the firepit with family and friends in the evenings is a common occurrence ! In addition, the large deck and the spacious furnished screened porch which is approx. 16'x16' - are wonderful for entertaining - for outdoor and indoor eating - for playing cards and other games - with family and friends. Seller says that house is not in the flood plain, but buyer should get an updated survey to verify this. The property also has a 1 car detached garage and shed to store boats, lifejackets and other items, a large parking area, and an outside hand pump that is operative (simply an accessory to the well to the house).
